It is unboxed and as I haven't even used it, if it turns out to be defective I'll offer you a full refund. Can't say fairer than that. :D

Yes you did as it happens. At the time I was planning on using it but since then went for an internally mounted CD ROM instead so I never got around to using it in the end.
Shipping to Canada would be £5.00 via Airmail.
