Exactly. It's much harder to spoof WhichAmiga results than it's to engrave and/or print labels. Label is on the outside, revision is deep in the CPU. It's not impossible to spoof it, but frankly, it's not really cost-effective, I doubt anyone would do that just to sell chips for a little more €€: the people who have the hardware to actually do that could just as well just go and print the new CPU!

CPUs are "unused" as you can read. I don't think k0x checked each single 060.
But that's not the question to be answered.
Real J-Mask 060 have the potential to be driven at far higher MHz (100+) than "faked" ones. And to prove that I asked an important
question ;-)

None of my 68060 CPUs - J-masked aka revision 6 from various sources (both Motorola and Freescale production) have the labels engraved.

What am offering here is 6 pieces of latest revision 6 aka J-masked 68060 as you can see coming from original packaging.
There is really no need to test every single CPU from this packaging.

I would be really disappointed if that's the case. NOS CPUs often are DOA. They must be at least lightly tested if you want to sell them. And if you run WhichAmiga which shows the CPU revision (which is deep in the CPU, remember!) then it does not really matter what is printed/edgraved on the outside.
