Sorry if this is an incorrect reply..

But what advantage does this have on an A500?

If I had a 3.1 disk set from an A1200 would I be able to load it on my A500 with this?

What would it provide me? I'm building one of tomthul's 2MB RAM/IDE boards, but I don't expect any other upgrades soon... 2.x and 3.x basically look the same, so what would I get out of it?

@NF: localization, up-to-date (yeah, right...) OS with bug-free & memory-less-hungry base applications.

Also the possibility to use latter OS (up to 3.9, even on 68000 systems with >4Mb RAM) and run WHDLoad (which is impossible with =<1.3), which is not a bad thing! :)

But nothing really useful for floppy-only systems!
