CyberStormPPC 060/180MHz
Hi guys,
For sale, a Phase 5 CyberStormPPC, 180MHz PPC and 060/50MHz.
Comes with 128MB memory. Card is fully functioning. Original heatsink/fan on the PPC.
There is one mechanical problem on the card, one of the SIMM slots have a broken tab, you can see it in the picture. Card is fully working as is and WB see all 128MB mem.
You can fix this by replacing the SIMM, adding a drop of hot glue to the edge of the SIMM or trying to super glue the piece back to the socket if you can find a matching tab to break off.
No other problems other than the tab, 060 is smoking fast, if you add a fast SCSI drive you A4000 will fly off your desk.
550 euro, shipping 20 euro to EU (I will cover the rest, will send with tracking).
Payment with Paypal as usual.
Thanks!

Looks like it could be halkx lucky day :)

cv643d is dead right. Get a FAST SCSI III hard drive on this & watch your Amiga really come to life. With one of these baby's, drop all IDE devices & cap the port to save 30 seconds off boot time. Get yourself a SCSI CD/DVDROM device & never look back!
The Simm socket could be drilled & tapped down towards the PCB & in line with the old broken post. A small stainless steel bolt could be screwed in with a latch design off it to retain the Simm. ;)
Best of luck with the sale fella. :)

Yeah thats actually a good idea!
There is many ways of fixing the SIMM socket without replacing it altogether. If I would keep it I would probably just put a small drop of hot glue on the right side of the SIMM, done that to my A4000 with bad original plastic sockets, lets hope hot glue dont mold over the years though :)
I have a 9 GB Amiga formatted IBM SCSI disk, 10.000 RPM for 10 euro to go with this (shipping could be higher then though since it weights a lot). Also have a cable but it is a bit funky although 100% working.
