Well, what I can tell that this 603e CPU from Marios was 100% ok when I posted it back to Marios.

I had similar issue with BPPC when one of several 603e pins was not soldered properly. Please check soldering once again.
And please set-up PPC frequency @180MHz, not more.
It *might* be the problem that as this BPPC is faulty it will refuse to boot with 100% ok PPC CPU. But it's just conspiracy theroy, nothing more.

That's depends what is broken on BPPC...
The best way to check it is just to check functionality of 060, SCSI and BVision by connecting SCSI HDD + connecting BVision.

Wasagi plugged a 3.3v 128 Mo Simm on this BlizzPPC : can crash the BGA 603e ?
I have another working BlizzPPC, but I will NOT try !

Was that the one I sent you? Im not sure that was ever used in the card. It was in the Blizzard 1240, I just took it out and put in blizzard to sit flush for shipping.

603e QFP = 603e BGA for the firmware ?
Yes, both PPC CPU's are 100% compatible and can be replaced between each other.
Oh no. That is bad news. Is this the end of the road for the little fella? If anyone has any ideas on what might be causing ppc problem please suggest :(
