Btw man I like to thank you for your Voodoo3 fan mod, which I used 2 days ago in an old PentiumIII PC with Voodoo3 that needed a fan and this hack was trully orsome :)

I had similar issue with BPPC when one of several 603e pins was not soldered properly. Please check soldering once again.
And please set-up PPC frequency @180MHz, not more.
It *might* be the problem that as this BPPC is faulty it will refuse to boot with 100% ok PPC CPU. But it's just conspiracy theroy, nothing more.

That's depends what is broken on BPPC...
The best way to check it is just to check functionality of 060, SCSI and BVision by connecting SCSI HDD + connecting BVision.

Was that the one I sent you? Im not sure that was ever used in the card. It was in the Blizzard 1240, I just took it out and put in blizzard to sit flush for shipping.

Yes, both PPC CPU's are 100% compatible and can be replaced between each other.

15 ) Cosmos replace PPC on board with Mfilos PPC, card not boot
16 ) PPC removed from board, still no boot
17 ) Wasagi is proud owner of new paperweight :)
All throughout the process I have tried to be honest and understanding and willing to try to get this card to work. I feel like I've been taken to the cleaners. I don't think the card worked before I received it, but it's been so long now and so many things I don't know.
It would be nice if I could get an official response from the team here as to who is at fault here and how this might be prevented in the future as my confidence in the buying process here is diminished significantly. If at very least this is an 'expensive' lesson to everyone then that will do :(

I think you have a good prove that the card arrived you defect you have documented it here since the first day. And you did all to get this card work.
That's pretty much the long and the short of it. I'm not looking for handbags at dawn or legal disputes etc. Just some guidance as to is at fault here and how it could be prevented in future trading on this website. been ill with frog flu for a few days but feeling a lot better now which is more than can be said for your card Wasagi
so it dose indeed sound like the problem I had when I tried to flash my firmware all that would work on the card was the 680x0 cpu, no mem, no ppc
so I`d go with rkauer`s suggestion and reflash the old firmware or ask stan to have one final look at the card before you delcare it as a paper weight
Now hide sight being a wonderful thing as soon as whats his name said it was your card and nothing to do with him any more alarm bells should have started ringing but thats by the by now
still got my fingers crossed as card is`t completely dead ...... yet
