This card has own boot rom (Oktagon/Oktapussy) so it doesn't need scsi.device in KS, this means it can boot even from 1.2, however 1.2/1.3 can handle OFS only (old file system), so Your CF card should be formatted using this file system. FFS will not work..

If it supports RDB, it should support booting (older? versions of) FFS in KS 1.3. If it doesn't though, just create a tiny OFS boot partition that loads the filesystem and immediately hands everything over to your main Workbench partition.

Edit 2: Interest removed for the 68030TK as all boards have been sold for now, I will see what happens in the future.
I will settle for a 8MB+IDE for the time being.

Hi Victor.
Finally got around to test the received card and I had some problems, but in the end it seems it all boils down to my main a2000 being in need of service. It seems the card is working flawlessly.
Leaving positive fredback.

Please check if Your A2000 has all Bus fixes installed, these are important! Also PSU need to be serviced..

System lost my SCSI CD drive when it was inserted and attempts to reinstall the OS from scratch result in Out of Memory errors.

Yes sir - just completed TK testing. I'm still on KS1.3. Testing is good for 030 and RAM, haven't tested HD controller yet. Asking a question in PM.

Oh.. looks like that question must wait until your PM box is cleared a bit ;)

Will this work in a CDTV just as an accelerator or accelerator and memory and still boot OK from the CD rom. I do not need the CF adapter or to boot form a CF card. Just looking for an accelerator for the CDTV

my plans are as follows:
(hopefully will get enough spare time to do that).

First of all i will give a chance to all persons who got a 4MB version from me to upgrade their cards to 64MB RAM. This is not so easy as it sounds, because:
1. There are resistor changes on TK itself
2. Different firmware need to be flashed
3. Actual design is very noisy, so ideally i am looking for a person with 3D printer (or at least with skills to design a printable cover that can be mounted on the connector (needs to be covered with copper or aluminium foil to shied the connector from interference)..

This unfortunately means that card need to be returned back to me for upgrade service..
Actual 4MB RAM Card will work also, however it will need a different firmware.

During this time will not accept new orders, just upgrade service only..

Victor.. This guy on eBay has a 3D printer. You see he makes Gotek mounts.. You see I asked him if he could make me a thicker one for me (which he did) and conversions to fit a PI in a Amiga 500 case (Emulator)..

I am declaring initial interest in either a 4 MB "recycled" board (saves you doing the mentioned updates on current boards) or a new 64MB board when the upgrade has completed.
