New batch available !

After being frustrated with insanely high shipping costs and import taxes involved when trying to buy such RAM sticks from USA (where most of these can be bought it seems) I decided to make my own, of course plenty more got made than I need and the rest are up for grabs. If there's demand I will make more, it takes between 1 and 2 weeks to get new PCBs and chips.

These are 4MByte 60ns 30pin SIMMs, *without parity*, You will need to configure your board not to need parity for normal operation.
All of these sticks are tested at 40MHz bus speed with tightest timings on an OPTi 82C895 based board using Memtest86+ 4.10 to one flawless pass. Chips used are not NOS but there shouldn't be any sort of problems. 50MHz operation is now tested and works perfectly with 1 wait state on reads and none on writes on the same chipset !

These sticks are available only in multiples of 4, size of one memory bank on a typical motherboard. I won't do other amounts. 4 sticks are 36€ (9€ per stick) and 8 sticks are 64€ (8€ per stick), higher quantities (12, 16, 20 ...) are 8€ per stick also.

Within Estonia I'll use SmartPost XS size, cost is 2.59€. I can also use SmartPost to send things to Finland, cost is 10€ but it should be much faster than normal mail so this option is available if speed is a concern over cost.

I already got some few days ago, working great - nice to max out some systems and have ram to spare for smartdrive and ramdrives :)

Great idea. Great work. Maybe I will need some in the short future. But sadly my A4000 is still under repair and I have some mixed SIMM setup that will have to be inspected thoroughly in respect of timing or other problems.

Payments received from tabm0de and ccx16. I will send both packages in the coming hour and provide tracking numbers when done ~
EDIT: Packages sent, tracking numbers provided ~

8 SIMMs are received and are absolutely beautiful :) Very good idea, now my 386DX-40 has 32 MB RAM instead of 8. The PCBs look very nice, dare I say even better than the original modules from back in the day. (y)

Lennart's payment is received, package is ready.
Waiting for payment from Speedsalat, package is also ready.

I'll send both packages in one go and provide tracking numbers once done ~

Both packages sent and tracking numbers provided, hopefully they arrive by end of next week ~

You have to make those lovely PCBs in red or in blue colour... :p
Haha, anyway. Am I correct to understand that they would fit in Amiga A4000D or A4000T?
In which case I will declare interest in 12 of them (for 3 machines, although it seems to me that my A4000D takes 5 of them, one being for the chip memory?).
Shipping to Australia.

I find green is the much more unique color nowdays, everyone makes red and blue etc. :p
A4000 motherboards look to have 72pin SIMM connectors, so these 30pin ones will not do unfortunately.
