Hello,
I have an Amiga 500 with memory expansion and a Gotek. I'm trying to load Lionheart. The first ADF loads perfectly but when the floppy disk is shown to change the ADF, the number 2 doesn't appear and the 2nd ADF doesn't load. If I try to load the game with an emulator, the game loads perfectly and after I have pressed the first button during the opening, the floppy disk appears with the number 2 and I can change the ADF to the 2nd one. I've tried several Lionheart versions but all of them produces that problem with my Gotek. I even tried to put : write-protect : no with no luck. Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance.

You have to manually change the disk to the correct one on the gotek.

What other ADFs have you got on the USB stick in the gotek? Are you sure that the number 2 on the gotek corresponds to the second disk? It could be loading another ADF instead.

What firmware are you using on the gotek? I prefer flashfloppy + the OLED mod so that I know what disk is loaded. But other firmwares might use the adf.selector which could help things here.

Hello,
I'm using the Flash Floppy firmware with the OLED mod with sound when the disk is loading. Yes, when the floppy disk icon shows up, I manually change the disk with the dial but the problem is that the Gotek doesn't try to load the 2nd disk (if I put Lion Heart at the WinUAE emulator, a number "2" shows up next to the floppy disk icon that indicates that I have to change the disk but that "2" number doesn't show up when I've skipped the opening with the Gotek, only the floppy disk shows up).
Thanks.

Very strange. Post a video if you can so we can get a better idea of the problem! Also post your ff.cfg if you can.

I've recorded a video with my Amiga 500 with my Gotek (I've a memory expansion). I'm using FlashFloppy 3.2a firmware. As you can see, Lion heart, after I've skipped the opening sequence, shows up the floppy disk icon but it doesn't appear the number "2" next to it with my Gotek (and the Gotek doesn't try ADF #2 if I select it manually with the dial). With WinUAE that number "2" appears next to the floppy disk icon and it loads the game perfectly (that number "2" can be seen that the YouTube miniature I've used to my YouTube video with a text explaining the problem) :

And these are the contents of my ff.cfg file :
