Closed VICII 8562 for shortboard

I have a 250469 NTSC shortboard in need of a new VICII chip. I am not opposed to converting to PAL if someone has one of those available.

Or, I have a spare 6567 and 6569 VIC - Is there any kind of adapter board available?
