Sweet. I can then buy this off Kev when he's bored with it..

arrived, will have a play tonight.

been using this for a week or so and its much better than my previous MISTer.

128mb ram ( instead of 32 )
1 power cord ( used to be 2 split ) with a switch
audio in for tape files ( I never had that before )

MUCH better acrylic case ( my old one was 3d printed )

all the cores have come along in huge leaps since my last MISTer.

AO486 now 3 time faster so Doom is fully playable and now an MT32-PI ( I don't have yet ) 100% compatible MT32 music fed back up the HDMI.
cps 2 perfect
more cores and near perfect timing on most cores ( you cant tell the difference on the SNES from a real SNES its that good )

Fantastic device and my 8bitdo wireless controller works a treat.

and now the chaps at MISTer are trying Hybrid cores.

the Amiga 1200 in FPGA ( with RTG ) but the CPU emulated on the arm core, initial tests give a 71mips score - 68040 + MMU + 68882
WOW.. still beta but amazing performance.

also the Playstation core ( hit a snag recently ) but was booting and playing games ( crash bandicoot etc ) as well as the Sega Saturn core booting to the bios menu and cd player

and the latest news is jotego tweeted CPS3 looks like it can be done on the MISTer :)

Atari jaguar is booting games ( not released yet ) and I was playing X68000 games yesterday.

this little amazing box because its FPGA ( ye not real hardware but VERY close to it ) could replace all my older systems

oh and I have a 1TB 2.5" usb HDD plugged in and it auto mounts so no need for that expensive 500gb Micro SD card.

Just make a folder on the HDD in NTFS ( yup working no issues ) and drop in a few GB of Mega CD ISO's that play perfectly.

roll on saturn and if they can sort it out finish the PSX core.

I am pleased you are getting on well with it, personally I had a very different experience with it. I found the timing and general accuracy to be terrible, admittedly mainly on Mega Drive, but playing Sonic for example was unplayable, not sure if it was because I was using a modern g sync monitor and it just didn't like that but it was soooo slow and unplayable for me.
