You can turn it on with software and it gives an increase in transferspeed which you can measure with SysInfo.
However if you are looking to sell yours and buy a ACA1234 ik would thing again. The new card can be processor upgraded but you also have to pay for some sort if license to make the clockspeed permanent, if for example you buy a 25mhz version en want to upgrade to 50mhz then only the cpu is not enough.
If the board was bought before September 2019, it will most likely not have it. If if was bought after that, I think that there are probably 2 wires coming out of the CPU and a sticker holding them in place.
Also, running a recent version of ACA tool should also provide info.
