Closed Keyboard MPU for Amiga 1200 keyboard - marked 391508-01

It's a PLCC chip marked "391508-01" on the A1200 mainboard toward the top right. I have had two of these sent to me so far and both appear to be lost in the mail. I will absolutely pay for tracked shipping, it's the last part I need to complete an A1200. A dead A1200 mainboard would be OK too - no matter how bad the damage, as long as this chip is on it I'll take a risk.
