Commodore 1581 drive mainboard replica.

1581.jpg

The mainboard is a 1:1 copy of the 1581 plus jumper to use a modern (bigger) EPROM and 65C02 CPUs (as the old NMOS 6502)
becomes more scarce now.

PCB + CIA8250 + CPU6502A + WD1772-0202/VL1772-02 + All small parts € 90,00

EU Tracked shipping € 7,90
USA Tracked Shipping € 20,90

Here some impressions of the fully assembled PCB:

Package received on Saturday, that was a super duper fast delivery!
Thanks a lot mate!

I too am interested in a "full" kit, although I see that option is crossed out now. Apparently, as I've only been a lurker for years, I don't have permissions to send PMs yet?

PM sent. Will check if I have enough part sets

What's the difference between the €59 and the full kit? Unfortunately, it isn't being explained in the first post.

The full kit contained everything to build the replica like resistors, switches, capacitors, IC sockets etc.
The 59€ jsut contains the PCB, 8520A, 6502A and WD/VL1772-0202

Thank you for sorting it out. If you don't mind, I have a follow-up question. Does the past tense suggest that the full kit is temporary out of stock?

Yes... it's temporarily out of stock. To be more exact: I currently have one single full kit left but it's already reserved for someone.
But that person is not answering mails since 4 days... so *maybe* one full kit will be available soon. If not I guess in November I'll
have more than this single kit.
