Some more quickie pics.
This guy has a lot of animation and 3d Packages also, and he kept most of the boxes in nice condition. There are a few lightwave and Toaster VHS tapes there. I always wanted Comic Setter, and was excited when I saw the box and ad on packs, sadly those and movie setter are the floppies that are missing
I am getting another load from him though.
2 more Amigavision sets -I have to find that wanted thread.
Still a few more boxes to go through.

My Core grafx arrived.

needed a little bit more of a clean and dettox than I'm used to, but now its just clean and lovely

hadnt realised the turbo gfx pad doesn't fit the core. More expense, gotta order one. At least the jag PSU and av-lead I just made up work A-OK! phew!

10 out of the 25 chips i orderd arrived today.
came with lpc rebuilds too. so i cracked out a 1/2 dead motherboard to test one.

Works just fine too

or atleast my daughters face when i came back after installing it.
the pic just before that is the working chip.. "i should have taken a pic of the tv showing the boot screen. But that wasnt entierly needed lol."

i was particularly happy to have it working on that board because honestly. that board really should not work at all.
anything that could go wrong to it has gone wrong to it, its a practice board, and i had to do some work on it to get it to a point where it may have even tried to boot lol.

but it was the only spare 1.6b i had, and the 1.6/1.6b install is the most annoying one to do. its also the least compatable with most chips. so i figured its the one i should test it out on, then i could be confident to sell them individualy or install them for others.

having said that. the fact that the board was 99% dead before i started means if it hadnot have worked i would have had to find a 1.6b board to properly test it.
