Did you get a keyboard with that MSX? They can be difficult to find (the right one to fit).

Quite many of the MSX computers are rack compatible. My Philips NMS-8250 MSX2 also looks like a VCR from the outside.
Kieran, the Pioneer's keyboard connector looks a lot like Atari STs monitor connector. That's a DIN 13. Totally different from Philips' keyboard connector, though.
