No pics yet, but bought a Black WiiU with the Pro Controller, Black Ops 2, Ninja Gaiden 3 and Zelda SS.

Traded in my vita for it, as I decided I don't play handhelds outside the house, so playing cod on this tablet whilst my GF is watching eastenders is a great compromise

In need of a wiimote with motion sensor plus and a nunchuck though. Cheeky sods, they put the sensor bar in the box, but not the controllers for the wii stuff not that much of a deluxe pack if you ask me.

Cheeky indeed. If you're not bothered about the colour matching, Wii controllers and nunchucks are pretty cheap.

I scored a Mitsubishi Diamond Digital DV191B 19" LCD Monitor (Black) from fleabay today for the auction starting price (SFA) because it was pickup only from Victor Harbour (which is 1hr south of Adelaide and apparently too damn far to drive ) and I'll be there next weekend with family so I can pick it up then!

This monitor officially supports 24kHz-80kHz (lower then the normal 31kHz) so im hoping it might unofficially also support 15kHz too. *fingers crossed*

If everything else fails, this monitor will work with old Macs (LC, Quadras, etc)! You only will have to make a DB15-to-VGA cable.
David Bradley made Ctrl+Alt+Del, Gates turn it mandatory

I've actually got a couple of Mac-VGA adapters from back when I was a HW tech. Might have to find myself a nice quadra 610 or something

Just bought a very nice looking & sounding electric guitar. I contemplated buying it for a while, the tipping point being me working on some signal processing project, which started me thinking how fun it would be to design my own effects for the guitar. So, the guitar is here, now I'm starting to work on two versions of a guitar multi-effect: one will be (mostly) analogue, the other (mostly) digital with the help of an FPGA and some DAC/ADC ICs.

    Fun times ahead!
