Fortunately I paid nothing to MS. They received my illegal copy with all needed informations about this seller. After couple of days I've received information from them that they accept my form and they inform me that I must wait up to 4-6 weeks for my new copy of MS Win7 Ultimate. After about 3 weeks I've received Win7 Ultimate GGOK and now it's running on my PC. So I've lost money only to this f%$^&*g seller (he's nickname is derbybarginwarehouse).

I had some C64's before but never had a chance to use them, picked this one up from Peter recently, this is the first time I ever used a C64

Not a bad image as expected from RF (will have to grab a Scart lead though) I think the Tape loaded faster then my old Spectrum too...

Will look to research the expansion options like 1541 Ultimate

    Nice one, Steve!

You haven't really used a C64, if you haven't used one with a C1541, though.

Careful Fitz! The C64 is an amazing 8-Bit and you might lose even more of your life to it.

I'll be happy to answer any questions if you have any.

Yesterday I scored a little old Technics AMP from my local op shop - I had to refresh pretty much every solder joint in the entire AMP to get it working and I still need to take it apart again and clean the internals of the Input Selector Switches as they are a touch flaky but for what I paid im pretty happy.

I had a spare pair of very nice Krix 2-way Bookshelf speakers left over from baby proofing our Home Theatre (they were sitting on heavy metal stands as Front-wides and perfect for a toddler to knock over). Anyhoo my desk looks way cooler now imo.

You get a c64 for the first time, and you start by playing silly spectrum conversions?

Nice 64 there Steve, next you will be looking for a breadbin.. I started with a 64c then kept buying breadbins until I ended up with a boxed breadbin, Im happy enough having just a disk drive and tape without having a sd card for the time being, got a 1541 cable to plug it into my amiga from amigakit so I can write d64's back to disk with my amiga now.

The 1541u2 is the best c64 accessory of all time imo - make sure you get the tape adapter too!
