Well, the neoclassical spinet legs are kinda silly, I'll grant you, and the bulk of the thing would be a problem for gigging, but nicely-finished wood is just the classy material for instruments, and I'll brook no dissent on that. I mean, look at the Minimoog!

Oh, absolutely. It was one crazy revelation when I nabbed a copy of Tarkus from the thrift store (my attention caught by the totally sweet cover) and heard ELP for the first time...

I saw ELP "glued" to the grid. Was 1997 or something around. One of the best shows I ever saw in my life, including U2 360, Waters The Wall and Ian Anderson's Thick As A Brick!

Thanks Bryce and Badstarr for the BBC Master, and Collz69 for the PS1. They all arrived by courier at 8pm tonight (I guess he lives local as that's the second lot he's dropped off in the evening). I think that's the rest of my week taken care of playing with my new toys

Don't have it yet, but I've pre-ordered the Zelda Wii-U Special Edition console. It arrives September 20 and comes with a download code for the Zelda WindWaker HD game. About the only thing I really wish was that it came with the actual disk instead of a download code.
