Nice! Man I do miss my Neo Geo AES but I don't miss the prices! Gaming is a great hobby but I have limits on what I'm willing to spend on my hobby.

Been looking for books about the Gemini programme and finally found a printed copy of this book. Just started it and a great read already.

Haha, yes the plan is very much to use a flash cart / multicarts. Neo collecting is for lottery winners now!

    Default New Toy

I'm heading to Africa for the next two months and decided I wanted to try my hand at aerial video. Didn't want to spend too much, so this is what I picked up.

    Default Commodore 486 PC!

I picked up this old thing because it was dirt cheap and if I squint I can pretend I still have an Amiga 4000!

Inside it's a 386sx motherboard with a Cyrix 486slc CPU and on board VGA. A riser card gives it 5 ISA slots.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get it to boot, so far no output from the built in VGA. The battery has made quite a mess but at least it was confined to one corner of the board.

I have hope that it will live as there seems to be some activity on the ISA bus. I think I'll try getting my hands on another video card and see if I can get a picture out of it.

Default A Coleco ADAM shall be mine!!!

    Awesome!

Call me crazy, but I've been after a Coleco ADAM for a very long time. Feeling a bit p33d off that my Apple II projects have come to a (hopefully temporary) halt as a result of my untidyness borkng my system I thought I'd take a peek @ fleaBay before bed.
Boxed Coleco ADAM with 2 mins to go... bidding not too ridiculous... one quick snipe later and blow me if I didn't get it!

    Big Pile of Awesomeness

Yep, pleased as punch. I've no idea how I'm going to sneak this past my better half given it's size and a printer loud enough to wake the dead!
    Charlie.

Ok, this is from last sunday:

This I picked up (together with 2 multiplexers and 4 Wyse terminals) last Tuesday.

The week before I hauled this in (that's a Spectravideo 328 never opened box, cassetteplayer and several boxed games for spectravideo, dragon and sinclair):

And in the beginning of Juli this came in:

And I'm going to pick up this in the next few weeks:

So, that makes 109 computers in my possession at this moment. Therefor I'm opening a HomeComputerMuseum in the Netherlands
Collection owner and Museum Director of the HomeComputerMuseum (NL)
Over 180 computers on display and playable.
