It can only be the Concierto which is only a soundcard that can play mp3 as well via AHI.
It doesn't decode mp3 as it doesn't have a mpeg chip as Delfina does so u need an 040+ to be able to play mp3 nicely.

I dunno what you mean by this. I can get photo, but have to loan a camera first, as I don't have camera on my cell phone.

This "thing" consists of two plates combined with a flat cord. In print it says "MIDICON v.1.0".
