Hello Chums

Looking for an 8371 AGGY for a Rev 4.3 A2000 motherboard,.
Would like to keep it very cheap as I'm not sure if the board is salvageable yet.

Tell me my friend, would an 8732A as fitted to the Rev6.x boards work in a Rev4.3?

I have 8732A's a plenty....:)

We have a big box of A500 and various A2000 motherboards. Why don't you pop into our office and bring the motherboard? You are free to test the chips to see if you can get the board working.
 
Yes mate, afaik, they are pin compatible and with the 8372A you could make the 1 MB Chip RAM mod if you want! :)
 
Think i'm going to close this thread because all research I have done confirms the 8372A as a viable alternative...
