I've got one, with or without case, working.

Shipment to US will be 6€ untracked or 8,50€ tracked for this item. So I guess 22€ (without case) / 25€ (in case) for this item incl. tracked shipment and PayPal fees should be ok...both -2€ if you wish an untracked shipment.
