Up for sale is my AV Famicom, which I imported from Japan a few years ago, plus some other handy bits to go with it. I find that emulation is more convenient for my NES/FC requirements nowadays, so I'm letting this one go.
The sale is UK only, as it'll be a bit of a weighty parcel.
Included is one AV Famicom, with its original Nintendo-made Japanese power supply, a third-party composite cable (which has been fine with my LCD TV, though I've never tried it on a CRT), and an official NES controller (the AV Famicom uses the same ports as European and North American NES units do).
Also included is a NES PowerPak cartridge, made by RetroUSB, which is a cartridge that allows you to run games from a CompactFlash card. No CompactFlash card or any software is included.
Last but not least, there is also an adapter which allows you to plug NES cartridges into a Famicom. This is not really much good for using with PAL games, as a great many have speed-hacks that were meant to make them run as intended on 50Hz machines, or otherwise use PAL-hardware-specific tricks that won't work on an NTSC machine. It is fine for plugging in North American cartridges and the PowerPak, though.
Please note that you will need a stepdown converter to power this machine, and your TV will need to properly support 60Hz in order to actually use it.
The asking price is £75 for the lot. P&P should be around £8; If it's less I'll refund the difference, and if it's a few quid more I'll just take that out of my own pocket.
