A4000/40 desktop + 1960, needs repair

I am selling my old A4000/40 @ 25 Mhz. It's a desktop version, the A3640 is a rev 3.0.

Battery has been changed, and capacitors also (I can't tell which ones, I did not do it myself), a few years ago. The machine was booting fine by that time, but now it does not work any more.

ROMs are 3.0

There is no hard drive (I kept it because there's personal data), the original floppy drive does not work either, and I don't know if can be repaired.

The machine does not boot, I don't know the reason why. All components look excellent visually.

Case is in good condition for a 22 years old lady, color is a little altered by time but it's still good looking. I was very careful.

Package includes
- The A4000 with 16 Gb Fast RAM, french plug
- Original keyboard, QUERTZ (swiss), one key needs to be changed because the pin is broken (left ALT)
- Original mouse + another one
- Quickshot II in great shape
- Working Commodore 1960 monitor (capable of displaying 15Khz and 31 khz modes !) + DB15->23 adapter
- Games I still have : frontier, epic, and maybe a few others I might find in the basement ...

Asking €200 + shipping costs for the whole.

Shipping would be very expensive (because of the weight, especially for the display) outside continental europe, but I'm open, as shipping cost is not included in the price.
