I see that at least one in the US was received last week. I'm starting to get concerned that mine was lost.

I didn't want you to think I had received it but not given feedback.

Am sure you'll recieve this week, I wish they all travelled the same route and time but it wouldn't be the first time parcels to the same location (country) have taken different times. Keep me updated, thanks

Sure enough, the day I post, the mail runs late and it was delivered.

    Positive feedback left.

    Thanks!

Just to be sure, the silk-screened side *is* the component side, correct?

Yes, the parts are all SMD so can only be put one way, also components go facing up.

Thanks, but I was more concerned about the sockets, depending on which picture you look at it could go either way.

Pictures like this don't help matters much:

I take it that it went through a few revisions, because both of the examples above show the components on the silk-screened side of the board.

Otherwise, I've already got all of the SMT parts nailed down, and the '040 socket installed (hopefully on the correct side of the board )

This is what I've got so far:

And before I forget, image #2 shows the completed '060 board with the unused pins pulled out. Image #3 kinda-sorta shows similar but different information. Which one should I go with? The completed (but backwards) board?, or the the red/yellow dot picture?

    Thanks!

    looks good so far
the SMD go upwards as you have done then the socket can only go one way as there is a pin/notch,
then when you build the upper board again smd upwards. Fill all the 060 holes that the board has with the pin strips, then use the red yellow picture (find the correct orientation by the 060 missing pins/notches, easier to assume the red/yellow picture shows the underside of the board ) and trim all the yellow red pins from the underside of the upper board. Then push together

any other questions feel free to PM me
