Vampire 600 V2 - Amiga 600 FPGA accelerator Pre-order

Currently there are many wild rumors buzzing around the A1k forum regarding the Vampire V2.
Maybe majsta or kipper2k have a spare minute to answer these questions officially:

1. Does the Vampire V2 only run with ROM 3.1? What about older ones like 2.05?
2. Is it always mandatory for a buyer providing a ROM file or is this just a "nice to have" option?
3. Does the Vampire V2 run with only the onboard 3.1 ROM - means: without the built in ROM? Will there be (like for the Vampire V1) an "init" program and a LIB?

So does the 640x480 256 color driver work like we saw in some videos? Or is that not enabled yet? Is that a P96 mode or some special other screenmode? Also, is this only avail on the HDMI port?
