Message: If you have a ram board from me sold before september 14. 2018, your board probably has a malfunctioning RAM controller. It can be fixed by reflashing the CPLD using 6-pin pogo pins and whatever tools you use for Xilinx CPLDs. I have no guide for the process now.

8MB v59 and (v6x) (/ with ide board) info: a posting in this same thread.
Ide info below in this post.

(link to old thread for ram )

Might include wires and pin header for int2 and ovr connection.

Pin 20 on ide board has same voltage as cpld, 3.3 volt regulator on v425 board max. 300mA. Some CF adapters have diodes on supply lines, the floppy power input can be used on those (maybe jumper diodes to drop +5v to +3.3v).

Pin 20 can be removed for 80-wire ide cables.

Summary: Plugs to 68K socket, one 40-pin (or 39-pin) connector, "cf" versions also have cf connector
Autoboots using A600's KS-ROM with driver for A600's ide interface (40.063/37.350/37.300)

User needs to connect two (3 in 'cfidecp') signals to Amiga mainboard. A ground wire alongside with signal wires is recommended if the signal wires are not short and following ground trace on amiga pcb to reduce EMI caused by loop inductance.

I would love some pictures of CFIDE68K V296 mate :)
Btw, is the current version of A600/1200 Internal CF-card adapters to IDE connector, the same as the one I got from you some time ago?

I'll send sold items on wednesday.

@mkl

Does the IDE adaptor work on A2000 with accelerators? Does the clockport interface work? What's the maximum length of the IDE cable that could be used?

Answer for all three questions: Unknown.
Long cable length might bring signal integrity issues, normal IDE-cable is probably ok (about 40 cm). Termination of critical signals and using 80-conductor cables should make long cables work better.
Clockport is not tested by me, I should get some clockport devices to test with.
If A2000 accelerators (in 86-pin slot?) work, I don't know.

Well, so far no progress with it.

Hi,

I have a A500, with A501 memory expansion, and I have some questions about the IDE68K:

Works this IDE68K with 2 devices (HD and CD-ROM, for example)? Can I use the 68010 with the IDE68K? What is the maximum capacity for HDD and partitions?

Could you send a eprom with a kickstart updated for auto-booting?

Thanks

My friend, i would like to buy one A600/1200 CF-adapter. Would need totall amount including shipping to argentina, since i lost your mails, sorry!

Kind Regards

ad Gavilan: 22 euros total.

Vsargiani: cd-rom is uncertain. I haven't tried cd-rom myself, but a french user reported problem with cd-rom with v295. Earlier, a V100 was confirmed to work with cd-rom.
More:
HDD partitions and size should be as with Amiga model 600. For autoboot you can use
for example the KS-ROM 3.1 V40.063, which is compatible with A500, 600 and 2000.

I'm closing this sale at least for some weeks. I'll complete the remaining ide boards later for sale.
