Default 16MB 64 pin RAM - GVP compatible - NEW design with warranty

I'm starting a small production of professionaly made 16MB 64-pin RAM modules.

They are designed and produced by myself, come with 3 months warranty use new 60ns new SDRAM chips (they run very cool) and fully compatible with ALL GVP hardware that support this type (16MB 64 pin) of modules. This is a very fast RAM module.

If you are using this in Jaws II remember to set jumper J3 OFF so that the correct (16MB) size modules are detected.

    GVP 1208 SCSI +RAM
    GVP A1230 Turbo+
    GVP A1230 Turbo+ Series II
    GVP A3040 (T-Rex)
    GVP A3040 (T-Rex-II)
    GVP G-Force 040 Combo
    GVP A1230 Jaws
    GVP A1230 Jaws-II
    GVP Tekmagic 040
    GVP Tekmagic 060

For other compatibility questions please do a bit of work and Google your card. Does your card accept 16MB modules per slot? Then it's compatible. Does your card list only 1MB or 4MB modules per slot in the specifications? Then your card is NOT compatible.

Not interested, although I must say that's rather clever. It was precisely the lack of this type of memory that steered me away from a couple of cheaper GVP accelerators; had this been available at the time I was looking, the outcome could have been different. Bravo sir, nicely done

Awesome work, I'd concidered doing something similar with smaller size modules recently. Maybe if you list supported cards/accelerators you'll get more demand?

Just wanted to say that they look very sexy! Very thin chips, clean design, nothing unecessary.

    Going quite off topic here:
Have you ever considered making 32MB double-sided regular 72-pin SIMMs for accelerators like the CSPPC? Using such thin chips would be great for airflow on the CSPPC for example. Have searched for SIMMs with thin chips that are compatible with the CSPPC (doublesided 32MB with 2x8 chips) without finding any. And if 50ns chips could be sourced for them, that would be a match made in heaven.

Might consider something like that later, but making a RAM module in this quality is serious project with many factors so not anytime soon probably. For starters the chips would be hard to source and expensive.
