Sigh! It is with a heavy heart that I must part with this beauty, but I need the cash and can't justify having two of them!
This is the better A4000T from my collection.
Exterior:
As shown in the photos, the door, hinges (top and bottom), smoked glass panel, door catch and locking mechanism are all intact. The bezel has a scratch down one side (not visible from the front), but aside from that is in great shape - no cracks, etc.
A single 1.76MB (high density) Amiga floppy drive occupies one of the vertical drive bays, the other is covered by an original A4000T blanking plate. A Fast SCSI2 CDRW drive (32x speed) occupies one of the horizontal drive bays, the others are covered by original A4000T blanking plates.
There are a few scratches (more like wear-marks than sharp scratches) on the sides of the case, but overall the paintwork is in good condition also (see photos).
Interior:
Moving on to the interior, all daughter boards are present and connected (Ports, AV and Disk). The additional grounding lead of the AV board is present and connected.
There have been no modifications made to the interior, and all parts are present and in good condition.
The motherboard is nice and shiny, with no visible damage. All functions perfectly as far as I can tell - I've just booted her up with my old hard drive and had a play around.
Accessories:
Keyboard and mouse included.
It will be a white Amiga mouse, just haven't included it in the pics.
Keyboard is in good condition - it is a small-din style connector, but I'll include a small>large DIN adapter (allowing it to be used on all big-box Amigas).
Expansions:
Installed on the fast-slot is a Macrovision Warpengine 68040@40MHz. This currently has 64MB memory installed (max 128MB), with two SIMM slots spare (2x32MB installed). The Warpengine has onboard SCSI, which could be used to connect the SCSI CDRW drive (however I have no spare SCSI cable to include). The manual for the Warpengine is around somewhere, and I'll include it if I can dig it out.
The Warpengine has crappy plastic simm-clips, of which 2 are broken. All four SIMM slots function perfectly, but the last 2 (currently unoccupied) slots will need hot glue (or similar) to keep the SIMMS in place.
No Zorro expansion boards are present, however I will include a non-working Mediator A4000T as a bonus (if you can get it working, then great, if not the no loss). The A4000T will not boot with the mediator installed - that's about as far as I've tested it.
Additionally included are two A4000D motherboards - one of which works (as far as I can remember), the other does not (has been partially stripped for spares). The functionality of these is not guaranteed - I only have the motherboards, and don't have a PSU suitable for testing these (nor the inclination to spend the time doing so).
I'm not including any hard drive or software with this - just shifting the hardware.
Total price for the above: £550 + P&P
Will be well packaged for shipment, or can be collected from Hull for free.
