When you google "Amiga 4000 Key Lock", you find numerous postings on this topic.
Three options:
1. Quick - Best is to take out the lock, take its measurements and replace it with a "like for like" model that still has the key.
2. Search - Find an old 386 PC Tower, take its key.. 20-25% chance it fits as not many versions to expect.. if Commodore 286/386 chances are very high.
3. Patience - Ask here if someone has one spare (good luck there buddy)
I have not tested yet but I think it should be relatively easy to create a new key if you get a fitting tubular key blank, mark the bottom end and place it in deep and wiggle it around and see where the markings have gone. File the locations and repeat until the lock opens.
