Odd... I don't seem to be either. Although I look like the cartoon geek (minus the Alonso style dab of marmite under the lip).

Well, i would believe most here are geeks. A nerd by the definition is however what I wish i were. I'm just not that dedicated (or most likely not that intelligent).
 
What happens if you re both?

I don't believe any of you saying you are Geeks don't like Sci-Fi series?

I'm a reall geek and I use Mac's :), and Amiga's and PC's and BBCs', and Sinclairs, and consoles, and gadgets and gizmos...... oh - basically, anything that relates to a computing device I like it so there hehe

AND I love Sci Fi series (Star Trek is awsome!) but so is Star Wars; Firefly, BSG, oh-oh, massive list coming.....

I prefer the term geek, but I prefer Star Trek over Star Wars, anything over Apple and instant cappuccino over Starbucks.

Maybe I'm a nerd after all :) (but I don't speak Klingon, hate energy drinks and *can* create and fix cool things)
 
Remember a nerd can speak Klingon, A geek can change your whole operating system to speak, look and respond in Klingon.
 
I'm not a fan of Star Wars or Star Trek or any other Sci-Fi series. I don't fit that guide so what does that make me? :lol:
