I just want to chime in and confirm this works with Rev. 5 Amiga 500 motherboards.
Mine is an NTSC model, but I have since replaced the oscillator with a socket and PAL (28.37516Mhz) speed. This was not required for this to work, but since I could only source he PAL Agnus, I went with the complete PAL conversion.
All I had to do was jumper this unit as if it had 1mb CHIP.
