With Kiala you'll have to collect the parcel at your local Kiala point, and the rates are up to 15 Kg.

The DHL postage rates changed a while ago too. They now have different prices per weight range too (0-2kg, 2-5kg and 5-10kg). Equally terrible tracking and service, so stopped using them.
