kudos on the Trinitron tv!
I am using a smaller 14" trinitron myself, my only complaint is that it cannot display compostite ntsc signal (rgb ntsc is fine though)

With a few adapters and a lot of wire management, the X-Arcade Dual Stick is also possible to wire up to an SNES

Japanese Mario RPG has been overwritten with rom from the US version so it´s in English

I finished U.N. Squadron. Played it with the ascii fighter stick special. (It´s a really nice stick for shmups too.) U.N. Squadron is my favourite shooter of all time and I consider the SNES version even better than the more linear arcade version.

I had to try four times before I was able to finish. Still had to use all continues. It´s a hard game but it is fair.

One thing that solved all my problems was changing resistors inside the official french pal rgb scart cable into 100 ohm ones.

Brightness is now correct. No more audio problems either.

Next week. Snes meets plasma!

Super road blaster plays a game which is something like a game that would have been released on Super Nintendo CD if it was ever released.

Meanwhile, there is a new challenger in the house, which will be featured in my next thread.

With final two pictures uploaded in post number 2, the thread is complete.
