10x Hard Disks 250GB + others, IDE & SATA, job lot

Hi all,

I'm selling off some hard disks that I no longer need. I'm selling them as all SATA drives, and all IDE drives together. They're all in good working order apart from one (which is identified in the list) which took a few minutes to format so I reckon it's on its way out although it is currently working.

All other disks are in good working order as of last night when I tested them.

All are formatted with FAT and ready to go.

SATA Drives 30gbp + p&p
===================

3x Hitachi Deskstar 250GB in good working order
1x Hitachi Deskstar 250GB possibly on its way out

IDE Drives 20gbp + p&p
=================

Hitachi Deskstar 250GB
IBM Deskstar 123GB
Hitachi Deskstar 82GB
Hitachi Deskstar 61GB
Hitachi Deskstar 40GB
Western Digital Caviar 40GB

Yep, I like Hitachi drives...

I'm looking for the bargain price of 30gbp + p&p for the SATA drives, and 20gbp + p&p for the IDE drives.

Regards,

Soyeb

I've had good service from them. I've got a bunch of other Hitachi drives of similar vintage still in use.

Update:

I've split the IDE and SATA drives, see initial post for details.

AHHH!!! Hitachi Deathstar!

We all know the history of Hitachi Deskstar drives, but that's sooo close to trolling / price driving / scaring the punters in this thread, so be careful, eh, la'?

Thanks

Damn, I don't really know when i'm paid but if the IDE's are still for sale (hopefully no longer then 7 days) I should get something by then. :)

i know your not planning it at the minute but if you ever decide to split the drives and sell individually then i could be interested in an IDE drive if they support locking so i can use it on an xbox console.

Yea I apologise, was just being my regular humourous self and wasnt thinking how itd affect the thread.

As you said Merlin, history is the right word. theyre not bad these days.

Sorry soyeb :oops:

Hopefully, you guys know me well enough now to know I wouldnt be intently malicious toward Amibay or any of its members.

Saying that, most people from other parts of the UK cant really tell the difference lol.

Shall I take that as official interest? I'm happy to wait a week to progress this.

The drives have been sold locally so this thread can now be closed.

Sorry Tokyo Racer, maybe next time.
