16 1Mx4 20 pin DIP chips, 60 or 80ns

Trying to find memory chips for my old VXL-30/Ram-32 board to expand it to 8MB Ram. I need 16 pieces of 1Mx4 20 pin DIP's at 60 or 80ns.
 
Bumping this up because I am also interested in 16 256x4 DIP's, 60 or 80ns since some of the ones I have on the board are faulty. 2MB working is better than none at all.

If someone has just a few working HY534256S-60, 9226A I'm also interested in these so can swap them out for the bad one(s)
