For sale are two NEC 41464 chips with sockets. You can use these to expand your C16's RAM to 64k (http://retro64.altervista.org/blog/64k-commodore-16-to-expand-its-ram-memory/). Newer C64's also have these chips, so you can use these as a replacement.
