Closed 3 state Apollo 2000 ide/scsi controller

Hi

Bought this card here but could not get the ide hard drive to boot just the hd spinning that's all that happens.

The card does not show as defective at start up but i did notice one of the legs is missing from the boot rom chip could be an easy fix.

As you can see on the picture of my sale thread, the ROM had all its legs. So it seems, the ROM lost the leg during transports...
The controller was working without problems so I think this should be a very fast and easy repair, just change the ROM...
