Closed 35W LGA1155 CPUs and coolers

Hi,

I'm looking for a few 35W LGA1155 CPUs and coolers to go with them.

Ideally I'd like at least one i5-3470T or a E3-1220L v2 (as they have vt-d) but I'll consider anything under the 35W threshold that's at least two core:

Cooler wise, ideally low profile. Fanless also fine.

I'm in the UK so CPUs from elsewhere is probably fine, coolers less so.
