Asus ISA386C motherboard with manual
386dx33 processor
I will make sure it has some RAM - either 1 or 2 mb
IDE/floppy/port controller card [think it's winbond]
Speedstar ISA vga card [Tseng-based]
3com ISA network card
case with AT PSU [power and reset buttons, no turbo]
The motherboard takes 2 banks of 30-pin RAM, currently has 20mb in it [4mb + 16mb] but I need that RAM for something else. It has 2 8-bit and 6 16-bit ISA slots, so plenty of room for a bunch of period sound cards
.
CMOS battery holder connects by cable so no soldered-on board torpedo here
.
The controller card currently runs an IDE hard drive, a 1.44mb 3.5" drive and a 5.25" drive. And a serial mouse. None of those are included but they confirm it works.
This setup should mean you just need to add a disk drives, your selection of sound cards, and of course keyboard/mouse/monitor.
It's currently operational and has been for a couple of years. Runs DOS and Windows for Workgroups just fine.
