3D printed HDMI insert for RF modulator port

Hi all

I bought a while ago a 3D printed HDMI insert for the spare port at the back of the Amiga A1200. Since I have had my Miggy recapped and the RF modulator removed, it would be nice to put the HDMI port where that used to be. Anyone know where I can get hold of a 3D printed insert for that hole/port from?
