I'm in a premature development stage of an open source, linux based, retro-styled OS with a lightweight, GEM/GEOS-like interface - an OS preferably with CBM device support - called 64OS. E.G. it would be a perfection of the newly released Commodore Phoenix. Commodore and Windows 7 kind of is a strange cocktail.

Read more at: http://64os.t35.com/ and http://sourceforge.net/projects/six4os/.
Ideas and development support would be appreciated.

So.. Commodore with win 7 is odd, and you're making a windows 95 clone? Like the old fvwm95?

Can't see where GEOS comes in with that screenshot on your webpage - GEOS was totally different,

The look is more along the ways of the classical mac than classical windows.

If you want commodore look - continue the amiwm further instead ;)

think that project died in '99. But it was a fun wm to use when one just had sold ones Amiga.

I will look into that amivm desktop environment... I have no declared intention to make a win95-clone... Amivm looks neat...
