You need to do some solder work ( lay down three capacitors) to be able to install that card, this means You need to disassemble Your CDTV completely.
If You not willing do it - You should go for TF536+Relocator..
Another issue with V2 - You need to press ESC key on remote (or keyboard) to boot from IDE, otherwise it'll stuck on CDTV splash screen, while TF536 boots automatically.
Can offer You both cards..
