68060 processor revision board / datasheet

Hi guys,

I am searching over the web for a Datasheet I saw a few weeks ago.
I think it was a pic coming from an excel sheet (?)

On the left there was the mark numbers of every Motorola 68060 models.
Then the corresponding revision from 1 to 6
Then the voltage used by each model
Etc...

Since a few days I try to find it back without success and it drives me mad lol !!

Seems to cover all masks/model #'s (all 3.3V, 0-110 C):

01F43G (rev1) : XC non "A" models, full version
01G65V (rev5): XC "A" models, full version
71E41J (rev6): MC models, full version

73G59Y (rev ?): MC models, EC version (no FPU/MMU)
75G59Y (rev ?) MC models, LC version (no FPU)
02G59Y (rev ?): XC models, EC version (no FPU/MMU)
00G59Y (rev 4?) XC models, LC version (no FPU)

I've never seen mention of a revision other than 1, 4, 5 or 6 so I don't know if the other masks correspond in any way to the missing revs. Doubtful though.
Maybe someone can fill in.
