Hi there!
I have 7 PC Floppy Disk Drives I did convert in order to use on any Amiga 500/500+ (the two with the 3D printed eject button) and on any other Amiga or external Floppy Disk enclosures (upon some "case adjustments").

As visible in the pictures 2 of them come with a beige eject button that perfectly fits the Amiga 500 case and I also cut the top metal of them so that the Amiga 500 case doesn't touch the floppy disk drive. On these 2 drives I also removed the activity led. You still need your original screws and spacers to mount the floppy disk drive on the A500 case.

The remaining 5 drives have the metal case uncut and the frontal panel is either beige (4 of them) or black (1 of them). All drives are modified in the same way (you can see a picture that shows a modified pcb). I removed from all of them the HD floppy disks sensor to increase the compatibility with all kind of floppies but I haven't tried any HD floppy.

I put the maximum care on them and all drives have been thoroughly tested not only with amigatestkit and x-copy but also with the "most difficult to load" games (like Battle Squadron, Necronom, Last battle, kid Chaos and Xenon 2) and demos (like Enigma, Arte, Exile and above all State of the Art) I'm aware of. As you can see from my tests they were able to read perfectly almost all the games I did try, just with 2 of them the drives weren't able to load the game.

Keep in mind that, despite someone states that the converted PC drives they sell are 100% Amiga compatible, after having done many tests with several PC floppy disk drives of different make and model, with good knowledge I can say that a PC converted drive will never be exactly like an original Amiga Floppy Disk Drive but these drives should work with the vast majority of games.

Here the pictures:

The request for the A500 drives (those with the 3D printed eject button) is 28 --> 25 euros
The request for the "all Amiga models" drives (those with either beige or black frontal panel) is 25 --> 22 euros

I'll be happy to give a 10% discount for a multiple purchase.

Shipping to Italy should be about 10 euros and shipping within Europe should be about 18 euros but due to their weight shipping costs could change buying more than 2 or 3 units (I'll give you the actual quote once I have your shipping address).

Shipping is always tracked and signed for.

Payment by paypal as gift, revolut or by Bank Transfer (IBAN)

Items for sale elsewhere as well. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for reading.

I would like to comment on this even thought most of you, you know this.
Samsungs are the only pc drives that have a "true" ready signal available and make them fully compatible.
