16-bit AT bus SMC 8013EWC - RJ45, AUI, BNC connectors, 10 Mbps
16-bit AT bus IBM Auto 16/4 Mbps Token Ring ISA
16-bit AT bus UDS-IS11 SCSI card - DB25 port
16-bit AT bus Tulip Computers 3-slot bus riser
8-bit PC bus Madge Straight Blue Token Ring (probably 16/4 as ROMs are dated 1992 and IBM Tropic chip 32G9270)

I've no desire to test these (I'm a PS/2 & MCA bus man) nor any idea of price, so let's say £5 each, plus P&P (&PPFee, if necessary) at cost. Otherwise they're going in the bin (well, being disposed of).

16-bit bus Trident TVGA9000A "VGA Ultra" 512KB SVGA card (PCB 9016X2/4 LT2 Rev. B) - DB15 (pin 9 not blocked) 1/2 height card. £15 + P&P (& PPFee, if necessary) at cost

You don't happen to have some surplus PS/2 RJ45 ethernet interface adapter ?

I'm afraid all those I have (some NIB) are 10Base2 plus AUI. I'm suffering a dearth of the RJ45 ones myself, so much easier to cable around the house. :D
