To use: front two pins generally need to be chopped off (not needed), and the metal frontplate replaced with the one from the original switch. Switch replacement is a fairly simple job for anyone handy.

Yes I have that same model, cut off the front two pins and use the frontplate from the original switch (use pliers to undo/redo the crimp).
