Closed 8MB 1M×4 20-pin DIP

Hello,

I am looking for 16 chips 1M×4 20-pin DIP for my vxl*30 to have 8mb max Ram on it. It could be 60 or 80 ns, it does not really matter even if I would prefer 60ns ones to have burst ram access.
