A personal note
Whenever possible, all items are tested before being listed. I do not knowingly sell anything with hidden defects — honesty, transparency, and mutual respect are essential values for me. While vintage hardware can sometimes be unpredictable, I do my best to ensure each item is accurately described and treated with care.
Items of interest
Eight Commodore 1541 floppy disk drives. The price is per unit.
All drives read floppies without issues (assuming the floppy is good and can be read in other drives
).
Drive #4, for reasons unknown to me, takes longer to read data (as seen in the video), but it consistently reads everything correctly. Its price is reduced by 5 EUR compared to the other drives.
Accessories
For an additional 9 EUR, you can have a serial cable to connect the drive to the computer. The cables are from the era, are black or "white", and have different lengths. Personal preferences can be settled in a private conversation.
Power cords are available for an additional 2 EUR each, but supply is limited and may not cover all units.
Payment
PayPal (F&F) or bank transfer (I have accounts on N26 and Revolut).
Declaring interest
Everyone is welcome to declare an interest. However, if you have received negative feedback in the past, I reserve the right to decline the sale. This won’t happen automatically—I will review the reason behind the feedback and make a decision accordingly. The feedback system exists for a reason.
